Terms of Service – Crew-tex BV
1. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to every offer and agreement between Crew-tex BV (“Crew-tex,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Services and Products
Crew-tex supplies clothing, uniforms, corporate apparel, textiles, and merchandise for crew and other business clients. We also provide printing or embroidery of company logos and designs using various techniques such as embroidery, transfer printing, and sublimation. Many products are custom-made or specially ordered, as described on our website or in quotations. All offers are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Orders and Quotations

An agreement is established when Crew-tex confirms an order or quotation request in writing (including email).

Quotations are valid for the period stated. If no period is specified, a 30-day validity applies.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example, due to insufficient stock, quotation errors, or doubts about payment capacity.
4. Custom Orders & Minimum Orders

Many items are custom-made or specially ordered.

Custom-made or special orders are not subject to statutory withdrawal rights. Returns are only possible after prior written approval.

Customers are responsible for checking measurements, quantities, and specifications before ordering.
5. Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

International payments: all bank fees, currency differences, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs.
6. Delivery & International Shipping

Delivery times are indicative and not binding unless expressly agreed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are always the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Intellectual Property & Customer Logos

All designs, images, texts, and logos on our website and products remain the property of Crew-tex or its licensors.

When printing or embroidering customer logos or designs, the customer is responsible for respecting intellectual property rights. Crew-tex is not liable for infringement on third-party rights.
8. Returns & Warranty

For standard products, statutory withdrawal rights apply unless stated otherwise.

Custom-made or special order items can only be returned after written approval.

Any defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Crew-tex will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
9. Liability
Crew-tex is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, including consequential loss, loss of profit, or transport delays.
10. Force Majeure
Crew-tex is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or government measures.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
